The task of the position is the continuous improvement of the ISO9001 Quality Management System through close cooperation with colleagues at GEA Koszalin & GEA Bodenheim and Customers and Suppliers and Subcontractors to assure quality requirements.

• Continuous improvement of the ISO9001 Quality Management System,
• Testing of parts, assemblies and systems. Preparation of analyses for systematic troubleshooting within the entire production process, support with design changes if necessary. If necessary, replacement of faulty assemblies and devices,
• Sampling of new and series parts. Procure and check drawing and material documents as well as test plans. If necessary, create new test plans in cooperation with the engineering department. Define test equipment and, if necessary, procure new test equipment; if necessary, coordinate directly with other locations/external service providers. Evaluate and document initial sampling results and discuss them with other departments (e.g. design, purchasing),
• Incoming goods inspection. Suppliers development in cooperation with Purchasing & Quality & PD if necessary. Handling claim management process to Suppliers,
• Final inspection activities. Documentation, implementation of documentation and requirement related. Internal claim issuance,
• Project. Support in project work in the area of quality assurance, e.g. in the introduction of new processes /systems /products as well as in the definition / introduction of improvement measures in the various production and work processes,
• Participation in internal company regulatory meetings with a focus on quality,
• Prevention activity in cooperation with Koszalin Technology Dep. and Production & Bodenheim to develop and implement  Poka-yoke, Control Plan,
• Perform PT testing and reports.
• Issuing certificates for deliveries to customers,
• Preparation and PDCA of KPI’s,
• Releasing goods in SAP,
• Promoting a quality culture among employees through training,
• Area analysis in terms of identifying improvement potentials,
• Development of the relationship between GEA and business partners,
• Carrying out other orders of superiors.

• University, Master degree preferably in Q- Management / Engineering or comparable Background,
• Experience in ISO9001 & internal standards continuous improvement,
• Experience in quality assurance field in production company min. 3 years,
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Experience in claim process management,
• Experience in Supplier and Subcontractor quality improvement,
• Experience in quality tools, example: 8D report, 5WHY, Ishikawa, A3,
• Experience in APQP (P-FMEA) is a plus,
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• Advanced knowledge of SAP,
• Good Polish and English and German,
• Teamwork and communication skills at various levels of the organization
