Naszym Klientem jest firma będąca jednym z europejskich leaderów w dostarczaniu surowców dla przemysłu . Do zakładu zajmującego się produkcja oleju poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko: Kierownik zakładu Place of work: Germany Duties: • Full technical responsibility for the asset; • Manage research & development, process engineering, crushing and biodiesel production, quality control; • Responsible for cost management, quality and investment plans as well as SHE; • Reviewing and designing all technical aspects of the processes within new crush plants, silo’s and/or port facilities; • Gathering and analyzing performance data of the asset, reviewing technologies and identifying improvements; • Setting up and managing the technical aspects in large tenders/Greenfield projects; • Managing new expansions and/or investment projects; • Preparing process flows and guiding basic technical design of new projects; • Reporting to Country Manager. Your Profile:  Degree in technical education (mechanical-, industrial- or process engineering,)  Experience in leading positions with a focus on technology / chemical production in the chemical industry (preferably in oil-, biodiesel - and glycerin production)  Advanced English and German  Knowledge in German labor and safety regulations  Knowledge and Experience with ISO 9001; 14001, sustainability-systems, GMP or HACCP or QS  Experience in maintenance and repair  Experience in dealing production increase, rationalization, technological transfers and improvement of processes  Strong management skills We offer:  Opportunity to work in one of the leading companies in the sector  Independent position with various responsibilities  Negotiable salary Zainteresowane osoby prosimy o wysyłanie CV w języku niemieckim lub angielskim na adres: patrycja.szarycz@polishpersonnel.com w tytule wiadomości wpisując nazwę stanowiska.
